Eevee Character (Trade)

Part of a trade with xDeepSeaPrisonerx , she requested an eevee character or any starter in exchange for an animation, so I decided to go with eevee because...wynaut .w.; But umm...hope you like it, I tried making her nature based. You can change the gender too, if you want.

And umm...just going to put some traits here.

-Flower bell things glow in the dark
-The vines around her legs suppress her power. If they were removed, she would go out of control
-Green tufts in ears let out a sweetening scent by releasing powder
